As such, each piece will feature variations in color and figuring, telling the story of each individual tree as well as each individual mountain.
Each board is a unique blend of rich walnut and vibrant maple hardwoods, symbolizing the fusion of rugged mountain trails and the warmth of a sunny sky above. One side is engraved with intricate ski trails and snowfield, then inlaid with a snowy white resin—perfect for serving up après-ski cheese and charcuterie spreads and for celebrating epic days on the mountain.
Flip it over, and you've got a durable, smooth surface designed for the everyday culinary use. Built to withstand the rigors of food preparation, the thoughtful joinery protects your knives with the kindness only hardwood can offer.
